The WhatsApp applications, software, features, services, and APIs designed and developed for businesses (“Third Party Services“) are separately provided by WhatsApp LLC or WhatsApp Ireland Limited (“Third Party Provider“). Your use of the Third Party Services will solely be governed by (a) the WhatsApp Business Solutions Terms, if you are not an independent software vendor, or (b) the Meta Business Messaging Technology Provider Terms, if you are an independent software vendor ((a) or (b), as applicable, “Third Party Terms“), which (i) will be between you and the Third Party Provider and (ii) you hereby agree to and accept. InOut.bot is not a party to the Third Party Terms and is not liable for the Third Party Services whatsoever.
